The Board: The name says it all. The Launch is the perfect foil board to get you out of the water and into the air. Built with first time foilers in mind, it uses a large planing surface and a skinnier cross section similar to a wakeboard. The result is easy board control and mellow deep water starts. The width of the board, flat tail rocker, chine rails, and wide shovel nose help you understand how the foil behaves at slower speeds. The foil track mounting system gives four inches of travel to adjust depending on rider weight and skill level. Removable foot straps add confidence when starting out.
The Foil: A 24 inch Alloy Mast keeps you comfortable while beginning your foil career. The injection molded stabilizer wing keeps things easy and balanced, while the Flite 120 front wing is designed for learning at low speeds before you start flying. With extra stability and a higher drag coefficient, this setup makes it easy to control while getting used to the sensation of flight.
