We have a 60 Day Return Policy. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, please reach out to us at info@wakeoutfitters.com and we will do our best to help you.  We try to make the return process as painless as possible for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, contact us at Info@WakeOutfitters.com with your return details and the issue. We will email you a return label.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Any item marked Final Sale unfortunately cannot be refunded unless a Return Authorization has been approved prior.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange, send us an email at Info@WakeOutfitters.com and if the product is available, we are happy to do so. Or contact us at (423) 505-1367. 

Shipping

To return your product, please send an email to Info@WakeOutfitters.com with your order number and reason for return.  We will email you a return label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Todd Chapdelaine

Todd began ocean surfing 40 years ago but was only introduced to wakesurfing in early 2017.  6 weeks later he bought a boat and has loved it ever since! He started competing 2 years ago and has reached podium on almost every event he has entered. Aside from Wake Outfitters, he also rides for Erie Wake and had the honor of having a custom model designed after him. His accomplishments this year alone have been more than he thought possible!

He and his fiancée Tina have 7 kids between the ages of 4 to 27 years old. All have experienced wakesurfing (except for Tina, she drives so Todd has plenty of surf time 😁). For the upcoming surf season, they are super excited that 2 of their daughters (Sage 16 and Lily 11) have aspired to compete and teach others! Todd and his family have also opened a wakesurf excursion business.  If you are ever in Florida and want lessons or just to get out and surf, look them up at @flwakeadventures. Todd says “They plan to spread the word, teach and Pass the Handle to all!”.
