We do our best to make any returns as easy as possible for you. It's this simple, if your item is new and in unused condition, and in original packaging, you can return it. Gift cards are non-returnable.

We will email you a label (except for wakesurf boards, wakeboards, and Foils) or you may purchase your own. We strongly recommend that you insure the package if you choose to purchase your own.
For all wakesurf boards, wakeboards, and foils (unless it is for warranty or damaged in shipping) you will need to purchase your own label and send signature required to the address below. We STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package for your purchase price. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the package or that it will arrive without damage from shipping. You will be responsible for any claims due to shipping damage.
Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

There are some situations where only partial or no refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that has been used or does not include original packaging
Restocking fees (No fees for exchanges or store credit):
$75 for all wakeboard or foil packages.
$50 for all individual boards
If you prefer to receive store credit with no restocking fees in place of a refund with restocking fee, please let us know when you email for Return Authorization
International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. Original shipping fees do not include customs, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver, and cannot be refunded. International Orders are responsible for their own return labels and shipping. Wake Outfitters will NOT provide a return label. You must insure your return for the purchase price. You will be responsible for any claims due to shipping damage.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you decide you want a different size, color, or style, please set up a return for a refund and place a new order.
Placing a new order now will expedite the arrival of your new item and help to ensure it won't go out of stock. Your full refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund minus any shipping or restocking fees will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If it is over 30 days you will receive store credit in the amount of your return. If it is the previous years product, you will receive a store credit for the current price listed.
If an item is sold as Final Sale there will be no returns or refunds.
